Join us for a 6-week Postnatal Yoga & Recovery Course:

Specifically designed for your postnatal body and rehabilitation. This six-week course offers a gentle return to the mat, building strength from the inside out, focusing on breath work, core management and restoring full body functionality.

Amy has been teaching Yoga since 2017. During her first pregnancy in 2020, she trained in pregnancy, postnatal and mum and baby yoga with Sally Parkes. Amy’s classes are known for clarity and technique, anatomically informed teaching, heart-felt philosophy, and above all- inclusivity. Her mission is to help Mums build a smarter and more sustainable yoga practice, that will help them to rebuild and recover after pregnancy and labour.
